1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Beyond this period, returns may not be processed.
- Customized or personalized sarees are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
2. Initiating a Return
We’re here to assist with the return process:
- Contact our support team at support@onlysaree.in within the specified return window.
- Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
- Ensure that your saree is securely packaged with its original packaging, and include the RA number on the parcel.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item received, damaged item).
3. Inspection & Refund Processing
Once your return reaches us:
- Our Quality Assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure eligibility.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- If your return doesn’t meet our criteria, we’ll notify you, and the saree will be sent back to you at your expense.
4. Refund Details
- Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable shipping fees (if relevant).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different color or style, please return the original item per the process above and place a new order for your preferred selection.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged or defective item. If you receive a saree that’s not in perfect condition:
- Contact us at support@onlysaree.in with photographic or video evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once confirmed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
